All-natural fresh ground beef & pork mixture transformed into our delicious Italian Bolognese married to a mix of Polly-O Ricotta, Pecorino Romano, and Mozzarella cheeses. Then we hand roll in tender pasta sheets for a 'crepe' textured delight. Topped with the chefs own Red Wine Reduction Meat Sauce.

A delicious combination of ricotta, pecorino romano, and mozzarella cheeses combined with organic spinach & mushrooms and topped with Chef Scotty's All-Natural San Marzano Marinara Sauce
